DACH Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager focusing on the DACH region within the MIL/Aerospace sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing business growth strategies. Your primary objective will be to secure future revenue streams and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Engage in complex contractual negotiations.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance client retention while increasing revenue.
  • Attract and onboard new customers.
  • Monitor market trends to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive sales through design-win strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Aerospace/Military industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
