DACH Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Manager focusing on the DACH region within the MIL/Aerospace sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing business growth strategies. Your primary objective will be to secure future revenue streams and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Engage in complex contractual negotiations.
- Plan and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Enhance client retention while increasing revenue.
- Attract and onboard new customers.
- Monitor market trends to uncover potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Drive sales through design-win strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Aerospace/Military industry.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Fluency in both German and English.
