Position Overview:

As the Business Development Manager for the DACH region, you will be instrumental in spearheading and implementing strategies to foster business growth and enhance revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Engage in intricate contractual negotiations.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure client retention while maximizing revenue.
  • Attract and onboard new customers.
  • Monitor emerging market trends to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive sales through design-win strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, particularly within the Aerospace/Military sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
