About IC Resources

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving and executing the development of our business in the DACH Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Close New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH Territory, leveraging your expertise and network to secure new clients and revenue streams.
  • Contractual Negotiations: Conduct complex contractual negotiations with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with our company's goals.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and deliver marketing initiatives to promote our services and products to potential clients, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Client Retention: Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to retain and grow their business with us.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new customers in the DACH Territory, leveraging your expertise and network to secure new business.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments, identifying opportunities to expand our business and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture existing and new client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our business in the DACH Territory.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: +3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the Aerospace/Mil Industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and IT skills, with fluency in German and English.
