Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage a direct sales presence in the Germany/Austria/Switzerland/Slovenia markets.
- Work with distributors to establish a commercial presence and drive sales growth.
- Directly close and manage key accounts, ensuring sustained sales growth and meeting business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Drive overall organizational performance, ensuring effective sales strategies and planning for business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Analysis of sales statistics and setting effective sales goals.
- Proven experience in a sales management role, with hands-on sales activities, preferably within the electronics industry, solder materials, or a related industry.
- Have a degree (Bachelors/ Masters) or qualification as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar.
- Specific skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in German and English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
