Administrative Coordinator Job Overview

Cloudflight is seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to deliver exceptional organizational and administrative assistance to our executive leadership. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in facilitating information exchange and communication among management and both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing executive calendars
  • Arranging travel logistics
  • Handling expense documentation and financial reporting
  • Coordinating events and functions
  • Organizing internal meetings and gatherings
  • Drafting and refining documents and presentations
  • Engaging with various departments

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator or comparable position
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications
  • Strong analytical and time management capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in both German and English
