Die Jobactive GmbH ist seit über einem Jahrzehnt als eigenständiges Unternehmen in der Branche tätig. Ursprünglich aus der Personalbeschaffung und dem Mitarbeiter-Poolmanagement des Bayer-Konzerns hervorgegangen, hat sich Jobactive zu einem bedeutenden Akteur entwickelt.
Aktuell beschäftigt die Jobactive GmbH rund 400 Fachkräfte, die von den Standorten in Leverkusen, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf und München aus betreut werden. Die Schwerpunkte des Unternehmens liegen in den Bereichen Finanzen, Büroorganisation sowie Ingenieurwesen.

Für unseren Klienten, eine der führenden Kanzleien im Bereich Finanztransaktionen, suchen wir Sie als Administrative Coordinator (m/w/d) im Herzen Münchens.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Partners in verschiedenen administrativen Belangen, einschließlich privater Angelegenheiten (z.B. Reiseorganisation, Terminplanung, ...)
  • Erstellung und Versand von Rechnungen sowie Honorarübersichten
  • Koordination und Vorbereitung von Terminen sowie Verwaltung des Kalenders
  • Reiseorganisation
  • Übernahme von Buchhaltungsaufgaben und Unterstützung im Dealmanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationsmaterialien
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. im Bereich Hotelmanagement, Eventmanagement, Büromanagement, Hotelbetriebswirtschaft, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kanzlei-, Beratungs- oder Dienstleistungssektor
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Professionelles Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
