About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in consumer brand marketing with a focus on sport fishing or related industries.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent English and additional European language skills.
  • Located in central Europe or the Mediterranean.
