- Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of our customers in the DACH region, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of our sales team, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure we meet our business objectives.
