About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Avomind as a Regional Sales Director for the DACH region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve significant revenue growth in the DACH region, working closely with our marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities and drive sales.
  • Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of our customers in the DACH region, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of our sales team, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure we meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the DACH market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
