Futerra Talent is seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to drive the expansion of our client, a rapidly growing startup in the semiconductor software space. With a strong presence in the market and a proven track record of success, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with top-tier semiconductor OEMs across Europe. This involves developing and executing a sales strategy, building long-term client relationships, and helping the company establish itself as a key player in the semiconductor software market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major semiconductor OEMs
  • Execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Europe
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the leadership team
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events across Europe

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales within the software and semiconductor industries
  • Proven success selling to semiconductor OEMs
  • A strong network and deep understanding of the European semiconductor market
  • A hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
