Your Role
As a Sales Manager (Solar PV) at Rullion, you will be the face of the company, driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed aggressive targets, expanding market presence and ensuring cutting-edge solar solutions reach every potential customer.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, providing tailored solutions to meet their solar PV needs and stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing state-of-the-art products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
- Travel across the DACH region, meeting clients and closing deals, and adapt to different client needs and environments.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in solar PV, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and expand client groups in a high-demand, challenging market.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
- Fluency in German and English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ambitious, proactive approach with a hunter mindset and determination, with a strong desire to make a difference in the industry.
