Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers on project sales and optimize channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand technology trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and build relationships with partners and clients.
  • Provide product input to Product Management and Marketing.
  • Manage key accounts and build new customer relationships.
  • Report and forecast orders using SFDC.
  • Travel up to 25%-50% for customer visits, partner meetings, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Defence electronics sales (minimum 5 years) in Germany, including direct and indirect sales channels B2B and B2G.
  • Experience with Aerospace & Defence electronics products.
  • Experience with Position, Navigation, Timing, Simulation products, C4ISR, EW, or Sensor domains.
  • Self-starter, confident, and enthusiastic team player.
  • MOD Security clearance or eligibility is a plus.
  • GERMAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.

Technical sales acumen or relevant degree.
