About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at DELO, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to recognize emerging trends and technologies, and to inform your colleagues in Product Management, Engineering, and Research & Development about these developments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for market expansion.
  • Lead the global launch phase for new markets and products.
  • Work closely with regional sales managers, product managers, and the engineering team to support new market development.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in sales, technical marketing, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and excellent English language skills.
