  • Oversee import customs clearance procedures.
  • Coordinate follow-up logistics activities.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Review and process incoming invoices.
  • Maintain communication with international customers and agents.

Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a shipping and logistics specialist.
  • Relevant experience in the field of sea freight import.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise and C is advantageous.
  • Strong team player with the ability to thrive under pressure.
