Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Air & Sea to join our team at S&you. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Prepare and present business proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or a related field
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English
