Als Lead Procurement Expert (w/m/d) bist Du der Vordenker und Impulsgeber hinter der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Methoden, Prozessen und Tools. Du bringst Deine Expertise ein, um Projekte zu steuern und tragfähige Konzepte zu entwickeln, die den strategischen Einkauf maßgeblich prägen und vorantreiben. Gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft des Einkaufs.
  • Gestalte und leite Projekte: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für innovative, interdisziplinäre Projektarbeit und passt bestehende Ansätze zur Unterstützung der Ziele des strategischen Einkaufs an.
  • Entwickle und implementiere neue Beschaffungsprozesse: Du erstellst zukunftsorientierte, innovative Konzepte und übernimmst die Realisierungsunterstützung global und unternehmensweit.
  • Koordiniere Expertenkreise und Arbeitsgruppen: Schaffe eine dynamische Zusammenarbeit und fördere den Wissensaustausch bewährter Praktiken.
  • Teile Wissen und führe Schulungen durch: Du bereitest interne und externe Informationen auf und stellst sie der Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung.
  • Manage Projektteams und Arbeitsgruppen: Du gibst klare Richtlinien vor, um durch gemeinsames Handeln die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

  • Die Grundlage deines Erfolges bildet dein betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium.
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen, insbesondere im Festlegen von Beschaffungsstrategien.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute praktische Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie das Verständnis der Faktoren, die das Unternehmen und seine Lieferanten beeinflussen.
  • Du punktest mit deiner Expertise im Projektmanagement und der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Management funktionsübergreifender und internationaler Teams gesammelt.
  • Du bist sehr gut in der Konzeption und erfolgreich in der Implementierung.
  • Persönlich zeichnest Du dich durch einen hohen Selbstantrieb und ausgezeichneten geschäftlichen Scharfsinn aus.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
