Join our global team as a Strategic Procurement Lead (f/m/d) for Enterprise Services.

Work Arrangement: In this role, you have the option to work remotely (within Germany) up to 60% of your working hours, in consultation with your manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Project Procurement Managers and Procurement Experts within the regional procurement organizations, addressing procurement-related support and issue resolution.
  • Provide proactive guidance for all procurement activities related to Enterprise Services, ensuring compliance with global best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for country procurement organizations on project procurement processes.
  • Monitor purchasing volumes and identify opportunities for contribution to net income results.
  • Keep regional teams informed about current and upcoming projects to enhance early involvement.
  • Develop and improve standard procurement tools and processes, overseeing global governance.
  • Support negotiations and contract preparations for medium and high-volume projects as needed.
  • Define and implement a global negotiation strategy to maximize savings against competitors.
  • Manage global or region-based frame contracts effectively as a Supplier Account Manager.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • Extensive experience in strategic procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.

  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the company's success.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
