  • Organisation und Durchführung der Bündelung von Bedarfen in zugewiesenen Einkaufsfeldern geschäftsgebietsweit, um die Einkaufsmacht optimal zu nutzen.

  • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschlüssen, inklusive Unterstützung des Projekteinkaufs zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung zu optimalen Konditionen.
  • Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerfunktionen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Supply-Chain.
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten für das Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement zur Minimierung von Risiken und Sicherstellung der Gewährleistungskosten.
  • Pflege von intensivem, regelmäßigem Kontakt zu internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Marktentwicklungen und Bedarfsänderungen.

Ihr Profil.
  • Die Grundlage Ihres Erfolgs bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung.
  • Sie konnten bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder mehrjährige funktionsübergreifende Erfahrung (bevorzugt Projektmanagement oder Projektabwicklung) sammeln. Alternativ verfügen Sie über langjährige Erfahrung im Anlagen-/Projektgeschäft z.B. als Inbetriebnehmer, (Teil-)Projektleiter oder Projektabwickler.
  • Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung und Verhandlungskompetenz im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Sie verfügen über Expertenkenntnisse über Transformatoren wie z.B: Klassifizierung, Merkmale, Aufbau, gültige EU-Gesetze, Normen.
  • Kaufmännische und vertragsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie bringen Methodenwissen über das Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Prozesskenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement mit.
  • Sie haben zudem Methodenwissen im Bereich Präsentation und Moderation.
  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Ergebnisorientierung, Initiative, Analysefähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Networking Skills aus.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
