Role Summary
As the Lead of the Procurement Chapter, you will act as the Digital Partner for the Siemens Energy Procurement division. Your role encompasses the development, execution, and alignment of the Digital Core Functions landscape throughout its entire lifecycle. This will require collaboration with various Digital departments, mentoring chapter members, and ensuring alignment with business strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse team of 15-20 professionals across multiple regions
- Establish the strategic vision for Business Capability Procurement
- Facilitate Business Alignment Boards for Procurement
- Prioritize and implement projects in accordance with Digital Strategic Direction
- Craft a technological vision for the chapter
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the Procurement domain
- Assist in the company's transition to SAP S/4 HANA
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in Procurement
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, especially in Procurement-related modules
- Experience in project or service management
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in Digital Strategy & Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
