Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Electronics Team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a Group Leader Electronic / Mechatronic, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a medium-sized team in electronic assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the technical and organizational aspects of the team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and achieve strategic and organizational goals, including personnel planning, overtime, and weekend work.
  • Develop and implement safety instructions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor assembly operations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Commission and test functional assemblies, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain work and process instructions, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Master craftsman training in electronics or mechatronics.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional experience in mechanical engineering or automation technology.
  • Goal-oriented and cooperative management style, with the ability to motivate and delegate.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work at eye level with employees and supervisors.
  • MS Office skills and SAP knowledge (desirable).
