Job Title: Team Leader Electronic Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Electronic Engineering to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electronics engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of electronics engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical design and software development, to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems, including design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
