Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH in Roding. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and adjust various machines according to specified manufacturing and process parameters
  • Responsibility for the preparation, testing, storage and quality of the operating and production equipment as well as the manufactured products according to specified test plans
  • Ensure a smooth production process as well as the quality at product release
  • Coordinate and instruct the employees assigned to you
Requirements
  • Successfully completed training in the production area or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the production environment
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Good language skills at English
