Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Team Manager to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a medium-sized team in electronic assembly and ensuring the successful completion of assembly modules on time and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical and disciplinary management of a medium-sized team in electronic assembly
  • Monitoring of strategic and organisational goals, including personnel and holiday planning, overtime or weekend work, further development of the team, and safety instructions
  • Ensuring day-to-day operations and project-related planning, organisation, and monitoring of assembly
  • Commissioning and testing of functional assemblies
  • Creation of work and process instructions, reports, documentation, and technical guidance for employees and support for superiors
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed master craftsman training in an electronics or mechatronics profession
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional experience, ideally in mechanical engineering or automation technology
  • Goal-orientated, cooperative management style, and the ability to motivate and delegate
  • Communication at eye level with employees and superiors
  • MS Office skills
  • SAP knowledge would be desirable
