Job Title: Team Leader Electronic Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Electronic Engineering to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electronics engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electronics engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems
  • Coordinate projects with management and customers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Implement customer specifications and requirements in the team
  • Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
  • Plan and track capacity and deadlines for new developments
  • Collaborate with purchasing to select and procure parts and materials
  • Support service and sales teams as needed
  • Work closely with mechanical design and software development departments to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems
  • Maintain qualification matrices and initiate necessary training measures
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of further training as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer
  • Knowledge of modern automation technology and fieldbus systems, as well as applicable standards
  • Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and SAP
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Confident demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Willingness to travel and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Analytical, systematic, and innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of personnel management
