Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Team Lead to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electronic engineers and coordinating projects in the field of electronics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team in the field of electronic engineering
  • Coordination of projects in the field of electronics with management and customers
  • Implementation of customer specifications in the team
  • Leading team meetings
  • Capacity planning and deadline tracking for new developments
  • Selection of purchased parts and close cooperation with purchasing
  • Support for service and sales
  • Close cooperation with the mechanical design and software development departments
  • Maintaining the qualification matrix and initiating necessary training measures
Requirements
  • Successfully completed further training as a technician, master craftsman or engineer
  • Knowledge of modern automation technology and fieldbus systems as well as the applicable standards
  • Knowledge of EPLAN P8
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident demeanor both internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work in a team
  • Analytical, systematic and innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of personnel management
