Job Title: Team Leader Electronic Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Electronic Engineering team at our Roding site.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electronic engineers in the development and implementation of new projects
  • Coordinate with management and customers to ensure project goals are met
  • Implement customer specifications and requirements
  • Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Plan and track project timelines and deadlines
  • Collaborate with purchasing to select and procure parts
  • Support service and sales teams
  • Work closely with mechanical design and software development departments
  • Maintain qualification matrices and initiate training measures as needed
Your Profile:
  • Completed further training as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer
  • Knowledge of modern automation technology and fieldbus systems, as well as applicable standards
  • Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and SAP
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and travel as needed
  • Analytical, systematic, and innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of personnel management
