Position Overview:

As a member of our Service Catalogue and Supplier Management Team, you will oversee the efficient delivery of standardized IT services utilized by our IT divisions. Your role will involve implementing the FinOps framework to effectively manage our cloud service providers. You will leverage the components and services of the IT Service Catalog, automating processes with our advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the FinOps initiative and assist in establishing a new financial governance model for cloud services.
  • Develop and refine the technical IT service portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Oversee IT service providers, managing service levels for infrastructure and application operations to guarantee stability and optimal performance.
  • Deliver value to our IT divisions by identifying suitable solutions that emphasize standardization and cost efficiency.
  • Manage financial planning, billing, and invoicing for services procured from our infrastructure service providers.
  • Provide regular updates on cost trends and service usage within the service portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree or relevant IT vocational training.
  • Interest in IT operations grounded in ITIL methodologies.
  • Structured approach to creating standardized solutions for our departments.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative mindset to achieve objectives with service providers and departmental teams.
  • Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor service cost developments, and support our Controlling team for fair internal cost allocation.
