Drive Digital Transformation as a Product Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Services Manager to join our team at Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

The Product Services Manager will be responsible for leading client-specific delivery and customization projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and developers to translate business needs into digital solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams by conducting discovery meetings and performing client demos
  • Create technical solution presentations and proposals
  • Define digital solution scope by translating technical and business requirements into user stories
  • Perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders, as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution
  • Consult business and technical stakeholders on implementing and integrating software from the client's end
  • Lead proof of value projects and ensure successful delivery
  • Provide product training to clients and serve as the key contact person during the hyper-care phase
  • Offer key feedback to product management for the general product roadmap
  • Remain a key contact for major clients after implementation
  • Provide insights for client demand, product improvements, roadmap, and product strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with +3 years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations
  • Technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
  • Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts
  • Understanding of client needs and ability to communicate effectively among project stakeholders
  • Refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, and developers
  • Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or other B2B markets is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German
