Position Overview:

As a member of our Service Catalogue and Supplier Management Team, you will oversee the efficient delivery of standardized IT services tailored for our IT departments. Your role will be pivotal in implementing the FinOps model to effectively manage our cloud service providers. You will leverage the components and services of the IT Service Catalog, automating processes with our advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the FinOps team, assisting in the establishment of a new financial governance model for cloud services.
  • Develop and refine the technical IT service portfolio, ensuring alignment with evolving customer requirements.
  • Oversee IT service providers, maintaining service levels for infrastructure and application operations to guarantee stable performance and quality.
  • Deliver value to our IT departments by identifying optimal solutions with a focus on standardization and cost efficiency.
  • Manage financial planning, invoicing, and billing for services acquired from our infrastructure service providers.
  • Provide regular reports on cost trends and service utilization within the service portfolio.

What We Seek:

  • A completed degree or a solid IT apprenticeship.
  • A keen interest in IT operations grounded in ITIL methodologies.
  • A structured approach to developing standardized solutions for our teams.
  • A strong grasp of enterprise IT architecture.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with service providers and departmental teams.
  • Adept at identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting our Controlling team to ensure transparent internal cost allocation.
