Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively acquire and manage client relationships from initial outreach to contract finalization.
  • Conduct technical needs assessments and clarify project-related interfaces.
  • Prepare calculations, proposals, and negotiate terms for construction contracts.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients and identify new project opportunities.
  • Engage in industry trade shows and events to promote VePa and forge new connections.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in standard Office software, coupled with a broad understanding of technology and a readiness to explore new technical domains.
  • Ability to work in a structured, organized, and independent manner.
  • Experience in project management, planning, cost estimation, or sales of comprehensive construction projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is advantageous).
