Technical Sales Consultant - Software - Embedded Systems - Automotive

We are partnering with a leading technology and software development firm that specializes in embedded systems tailored for the automotive sector. This company is recognized for its expertise in crafting high-quality software solutions, focusing on in-vehicle software, connectivity, and mobility services.

We are currently in search of a Technical Sales Consultant to become a part of the team. This position integrates engineering knowledge with sales acumen to secure agreements in Open-Source Management, Automotive Cyber Security, and Quality Assurance. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagement are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to finalize agreements with clients and partners.
  • Utilize knowledge in cybersecurity (UNECE R 155, R156, ISO 21434), software quality, or open-source licensing.
  • Manage the commercial assessment of requirements and support long-term projects throughout their duration.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or business with a technical emphasis (e.g., industrial engineering, business informatics).
  • Experience in the software or automotive industries is advantageous.
  • Interest in a position that merges engineering and sales responsibilities.
  • Knowledge or eagerness to learn in Open-Source Management, Automotive Cyber Security, or Quality Assurance.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
