Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at iVEONE, a leading platform for digital asset investment and issuance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our offerings. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong partnerships with our customers, facilitating their journey from initial engagement through to successful implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with executive leadership at client organizations to understand and define their strategic objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in customer operations to align our products and services with their business goals.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and support them during the global deployment of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Assess client needs and provide insights to help them leverage our software effectively.
  • Lead informative webinars and workshops, both virtually and in-person.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for the continuous improvement of our platform.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • A proactive mindset with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Experience in financial services and digital assets is advantageous.
