Technical Support Specialist

Wipotec, a global leader in intelligent weighing and inspection technology, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist - Track & Trace to join our growing team.
We are renowned for exceptional manufacturing quality 'Made in Germany' and provide advanced systems for Track & Trace, marking, and labeling across various industries.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing remote assistance to technicians, partners, and clients.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Offer expert remote support to resolve issues related to Wipotec control scales, weighing kits, metal separators, and Comscale installations.
- Meticulously document customer inquiries within our proAlpha call system.
- Analyze incoming calls and initiate improvement projects based on identified trends and patterns.
- Actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Occasionally provide on-site support for Wipotec Track & Trace systems, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Your Profile:
- Possess a completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics/electrical engineer, or mechanic with electrical knowledge.
- Prior work experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to travel internationally for on-site support.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills; additional languages are a valuable asset.
- Be proficient in MS-Office programs.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Class B or 3).
- Showcase a steadfast commitment to quality and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Possess strong customer-oriented skills with effective communication abilities.
