Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung von Endbenutzergeräten sowie der IT-Infrastruktur in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Mitwirkung an bedeutenden Netzwerkprojekten, wie der IT-Ausstattung neuer Betriebsstätten.
  • Entwicklung und Vorschlag neuer Prozesse zur Verbesserung des IT-Einsatzes in unseren Logistikzentren.
  • Schulung und Mentoring von IT-Fachkräften.
Ein typischer Arbeitstag

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie vor Ort und besuchen regelmäßig verschiedene Betriebsstandorte. Als Technical Support Specialist kooperieren Sie sowohl mit Kollegen vor Ort als auch remote, um Unterstützung bei technischen Herausforderungen zu bieten. Sie nutzen Ihr Fachwissen, um den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Plattformen sicherzustellen und setzen Projekte zur Wartung oder Verbesserung unserer IT-Infrastruktur um. Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Behebung technischer Störungen bis hin zur Entwicklung neuer Prozesse zur Optimierung unserer Systeme. Zudem haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Kollegen zu schulen und zu betreuen, was sowohl zur Entwicklung Ihres Teams als auch zu Ihrem eigenen beruflichen Wachstum beiträgt.

Die Wartung, Aufrüstung und der Schutz der IT-Infrastruktur eines der größten Unternehmen der Welt erfordert vielfältige Fähigkeiten. Einige Teammitglieder sind Ingenieure, die bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen helfen, während andere Managementrollen übernehmen, um die Unterstützung unserer Endbenutzer zu optimieren. Grundqualifikationen
  • Ein Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung heterogener Netzwerke mit Microsoft-Windows- und Linux-basierten Clients und Servern.
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Systemintegration und der Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern.
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
  • Zusätzliche Branchenzertifizierungen, wie ITIL, Cisco oder Microsoft.
  • Erfahrung in Diagnostik und Problemlösung.
  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen, kundenorientierten Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Netzwerk- und Internetprotokolle.
