Position Overview

To enhance our market presence in Germany, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can effectively implement and advance STX Next's sales strategy. You will collaborate closely with both regional teams and headquarters to drive revenue growth, generate leads, and expand our market footprint in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients by utilizing all available resources, including your personal network.
  • Generate leads and arrange introductory meetings with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads through a comprehensive discovery process.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose enhancements.
  • Oversee the pre-sales relationship with prospects, enhancing engagement and identifying service opportunities.
  • Plan and execute activities to meet individual and team KPIs, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Conduct business trips to meet prospective clients and participate in industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team and Sales to expedite the transition of prospects to the buying phase.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of STX Next's offerings and the specific needs of buyer personas.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends and recommend potential new service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in data-driven lead generation and sales within IT services or products.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire clients from SMB and corporate sectors.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills.
  • Analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
