Position Overview

To enhance our presence in Germany, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative, characterized as a true "hunter" who can effectively implement and evolve STX Next's sales strategy. Collaborating closely with regional teams and headquarters, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue and lead generation goals, fostering engagement with potential clients, and driving market expansion within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and cultivate your own pipeline of enterprise clients utilizing all available resources, including your personal network.
  • Generate leads and arrange introductory meetings with prospective clients.
  • Assess leads through a comprehensive discovery process unique to STX Next.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose enhancements.
  • Manage pre-sales relationships with prospects, focusing on increasing engagement and identifying service sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute activities to meet individual and team KPIs, coordinating implementation with relevant teams.
  • Conduct business trips to engage with potential clients and participate in industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams, Decision Makers, and Sales to expedite the transition of prospects to the buying phase.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of STX Next's products/services and the specific needs of buyer personas.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends and recommend potential new service offerings to STX Next.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in data-driven lead generation and sales within IT services and/or products.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring clients from SMB and Corporate sectors.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take ownership of diverse projects within the Sales Department.
  • Experience in managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
