About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Value Realization Manager to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business case analyses for Enterprise customers on active deals, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and showcasing the unique benefits of TeamViewer's products.
  • Identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of new value realization collateral and IP, driving adoption of best practices and standardization across global stakeholders.
  • Create a scalable mechanism and program to drive adoption of best practices and standardization by global stakeholders, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop a repository of Value Realization case studies to share and amplify customers' success stories with a wider group of target audiences, highlighting the impact and continuous improvement of our sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams to understand customers' challenges during implementations and rollouts, developing solutions to meet these challenges and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Operations: Cross-functional, company-wide, strategic initiatives, special operations for CEO/COO, business transformation, and continuous improvement, driving operational and strategic planning with TeamViewer leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS, with a strong understanding of enterprise business and financial modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Enterprise business and financial modeling experience, familiarity with key financial metrics: ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for leading business case reviews and influencing leadership decisions.
  • Expertise in a target industry such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecom, or technology.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and often ambiguous sales environment.
  • Experience working for a software vendor.
  • International and domestic travel is required but varies throughout the year.
