Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in spearheading new business initiatives within your designated area. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding Business Development Executives, facilitating collaboration with Operations, and ensuring proficient management of Sales Pipelines. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Training, coaching, and nurturing BDEs to unlock opportunities and maintain a robust sales funnel
  • Partnering with essential personnel to achieve both individual and regional objectives
  • Setting new business targets across various tiers

Additional duties encompass meeting new business targets, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with operations management to forge mutual agreements with potential clients.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

10+ years of experience in the Insurance Sector with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
