Technical Support Expert

- Join our dynamic technical team delivering first and second-tier assistance to all personnel across our organization, from headquarters to various operational sites.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes setting up access to all necessary platforms and preparing devices (both Windows and Apple) for all team members across different locations.
- Administer our equipment inventory, monitoring device allocation and expenditures across diverse channels.
- Track all incoming service requests and incidents (using Jira Service Management) to ensure prompt response and resolution times.
- Guarantee that appropriate personnel have access to the necessary platforms.
- Assist in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our network systems.
- Provide support in the installation of IT equipment within our operational hubs as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in technical support, ideally managing first and second-tier assistance for internal staff.
- Proven experience in supporting users across multiple office locations.
- Familiarity with both Mac and Windows environments, with an understanding of common challenges faced in each.
