Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing customer needs and designing tailored technical solutions.
  • Managing the preparation of tenders.
  • Coordinating solutions with various departments.
  • Aligning concepts and pricing with the sales team.
  • Drafting proposals, including calculations (using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Compiling and preparing necessary documentation (e.g., technical diagrams, visual representations, solution descriptions).
  • Reviewing, editing, and finalizing orders.
  • Maintaining the database and related activities within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Performing general administrative support tasks related to pre-sales.
  • Executing additional assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Educational background in a technical field or business with a technical focus (e.g., IT systems management, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Preferred experience of 3 years or more in a relevant role.
  • Fluency in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Practical experience in tendering processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-organization, and reliability.
