Sales Development Representative

Stellenbeschreibung
Werde Teil unseres Teams als Sales Development Representative und übernehme die Verantwortung für die Akquise und Betreuung unserer Kunden. Du bist in der Abteilung Inside Sales tätig und verkaufst telefonisch unsere Stepstone Produkte, wie z.B. Online-Stellenanzeigen, an Neu- und Bestandskunden aus kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen.
Mit Deinem Engagement trägst Du dazu bei, den Arbeitsmarkt der Zukunft neu zu gestalten – damit er für alle funktioniert.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du vermarktest telefonisch unsere Produkte an B2B-Kunden in Deutschland.
- Du analysierst den Markt und identifizierst kontinuierlich neue Kundenpotentiale.
- Durch individuelle Beratung bindest Du Deine gewonnenen Kunden und erweiterst Dein Portfolio.
- Du erstellst eigenständig Angebote und verfolgst diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service identifizierst Du proaktiv weitere Verkaufspotenziale und Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung Deiner Kunden.
Qualifikationen
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf oder eine große Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen sind willkommen.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.
- Du hast Freude am professionellen Verkauf von Online-Produkten per Telefon.
- Verkäuferisches Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du bist zielstrebig und hast den Willen, Deinen persönlichen Erfolg durch eigene Leistung zu bestimmen.
