Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Group Accounting (m/w/d) für unsere QRC Group AG in Berlin.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
  • Selbstständige Implementierung und Anpassung neuer IFRS-Standards
  • Führung des Accounting-Teams
  • Unterstützung bei internen Kontrollen und im Risikomanagement
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen durch Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Analyse finanzieller Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Unternehmensleistung
  • Implementierung eines Kontrollsystems zur Steuerung von Geschäftsrisiken und Sicherstellung der steuerlichen Integrität der Finanzberichterstattung
  • Zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und externe Berater
  • Enger Austausch mit dem CFO als strategischer Sparringpartner
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Accounting oder Finanz- und Rechnungslegung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der deutschen (HGB) und internationalen (IFRS) Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie der relevanten Steuervorschriften
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reporting-Tools, ERP-Systemen (SAP) und der Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting, idealerweise in einem börsennotierten Unternehmen
  • Eine robuste, durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einem transparenten und offenen Arbeitsstil
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Führungserfahrung mit einem wertschätzenden und integrativen Führungsstil
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
