Group Accounting Manager

As a Manager of Group Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements in alignment with IFRS standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the production of monthly consolidated investor reports and various ad-hoc group analyses.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Contribute to the development of monthly consolidated investor reports and other necessary group reports.
- Manage the financial evaluation and documentation of IFRS consolidation matters.
- Support the enhancement and digital transformation of consolidation processes and controls.
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive group accounting manual.
- Oversee the annual group audit and act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, ideally with a concentration in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Significant professional experience in accounting within a dynamic corporate environment or auditing firm.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
