Position

Wir suchen als selected heads GmbH nach einer erfahrenen Persönlichkeit für die Position des Head of Accounting / Leiter Rechnungswesen (gn) in unserem Unternehmen.

Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der pünktlichen Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in der D/A-Region sowie der monatlichen Konzernberichte gemäß HGB für 20 Gesellschaften
  • Effektive Kommunikation als primäre Kontaktperson für die Geschäftsführer der operativen Einheiten sowie für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Zehnköpfigen Teams (Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhalter)
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer darauf folgenden Qualifikation zum/r Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Fokus auf Rechnungswesen
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsfähigkeiten und langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Buchhaltungsteams
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtem Problemlösungsvermögen
  • Zielstrebige und belastbare Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen wie MS Navision
