Aufgabengebiet

Verantwortung für die gesamte Konzernbuchhaltung einschließlich der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB.Aufbau und Implementierung effizienter Buchhaltungs- und Finanzprozesse sowie deren kontinuierliche Optimierung.Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und konzerninternen Vorschriften und Richtlinien.Führung und Entwicklung des Group Accounting Teams, bestehend aus mehreren Standorten weltweit.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Controlling, Treasury und Steuerabteilung sowie externen Partnern wie Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern.Implementierung eines modernen, digitalen Buchhaltungs- und Berichtssystems.Analyse und Interpretation von Finanzdaten zur Unterstützung der strategischen Unternehmensführung.Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Berichten für das Management und den Vorstand.

AnforderungsprofilAbgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzernbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB.Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Finanzstrukturen und -prozessen.Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
