Aufgabengebiet

Gesamtverantwortung für die Erstellung und Konsolidierung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRSAufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Group Accounting-TeamsSicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards und internen RichtlinienSteuerung der Konzernbilanzierung und -bewertung sowie Durchführung komplexer BilanzierungsfragenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und anderen Abteilungen zur strategischen FinanzplanungKoordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen PrüfernOptimierung der bestehenden Prozesse und Systeme im RechnungswesenUnterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen

AnforderungsprofilAbgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen/RechnungswesenMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Konzernrechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen UmfeldHervorragende Kenntnisse der IFRS und umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung von AbschlüssenFührungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategisches DenkvermögenSicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und MS Office, insbesondere ExcelFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftHohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
