Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with team members, retailers, and clients within the luxury watch and jewelry sector
  • Offer insights on repair processes, provide telephonic assistance, and oversee service-related inquiries
  • Manage repair orders and quality assurance protocols
  • Perform evaluations and assessments on timepieces, monitor inquiries, and maintain internal reporting
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and manage customer information within the database

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service with a solid understanding of the luxury watch or jewelry industry
  • Exceptional communication abilities coupled with a technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Capability to work meticulously with a keen eye for detail
