Department Overview:
The IT Services division is tasked with overseeing the bank's IT operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and ongoing enhancement to facilitate digital transformation. This team manages both internal and external IT services, prioritizing security and adherence to regulatory standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee Configuration Management processes, including the management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Lead ITIL processes, documentation efforts, and ensure compliance
- Revise operational manuals and manage Change and Problem Management activities
- Coordinate internal and external audits, tracking findings related to IT services
- Plan and oversee system releases while managing operating system testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in managing IT service tools or comparable responsibilities
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in process management
