Position Overview

As a key member of our IT Channel team within the Marketing & Sales division, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued partners, providing targeted assistance and solutions.
  • Data Management: Responsible for the accurate entry, processing, and maintenance of customer information, orders, contracts, complaints, invoices, and credits within our systems.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business contacts, ensuring effective follow-up and potential handover to the external sales team or other departments.
  • Sales Support: Actively contribute to the sales team's objectives, enhancing overall performance and success.
Your Profile

You should possess a completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in inside sales. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is essential, and familiarity with SAP is advantageous. A passion for customer interaction and fluency in the German language, both spoken and written, are crucial.

Your customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset, combined with a friendly demeanor, will set you apart. Strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt are key attributes we value.
