Job Description

As a Sales and Partnership Manager at Lumenaza GmbH, you will be responsible for expanding and developing our pipelines in the area of partnerships and B2B customers. Your main task is to actively identify new business opportunities, close and develop strategic partnerships, and drive sales through LUOX Energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, select, and activate sales partners and B2B customers for our products (dynamic electricity tariff and direct marketing) with the goal of increasing sales and market share of LUOX Energy.
  • Ensure sales targets are met: You will manage your customer and partner portfolio independently and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships through effective communication, regular meetings, and joint growth strategies.
  • Customer consulting and contract conclusion: You will advise potential B2B customers (e.g. from agriculture, SMEs, housing industry) before contract conclusion and be responsible for inquiries about offers and successful conclusion.
  • Pipeline management: Efficient management of the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, including regular reporting and performance tracking.
  • Teamwork: You will report to the Head of Marketing & Growth and work closely with our Performance/CRM Marketer and Principal Consultant to successfully implement sales strategies and optimize the sales process at LUOX Energy.
Requirements
  • Experience: You bring at least 2+ years of experience in commission-driven sales, ideally in the B2B field.
  • Sales talent: Outstanding sales skills and enthusiasm for sales with proven success in achieving targets.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with partners and customers and build relationships.
  • Result orientation: High goal-orientation and the willingness to determine your own success through performance and sales.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to track KPIs and derive strategic measures to increase sales. Experience with CRM systems like Zoho CRM is an advantage.
