Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Alliance Development Manager to join our team at SoftServe. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key clients, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Develop and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and other related documents to ensure compliance and effective execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership progress, revenue growth, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology alliance development, management, or sales.
  • Robust understanding of foundational enterprise technologies, including cloud, applications, data, and AI.
  • Native German speaker or professional proficiency in German language.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
